Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or unlawful activity.

Purchases

• Prices are listed in USD and may change over time.
• Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Refunds are available under the policy described on our site (generally within 14 days and under 20% progress).

License to Content

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal or team use as permitted. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share content without written permission.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt site operations.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
• Follow all applicable laws and safety regulations when performing any repair.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modelix RoofCraft and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Modelix RoofCraft from any claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
